Attacks in Burkina Faso killed 17 people

OUAGADOUGOU : At least 17 people were killed and eight wounded in the attack in a restaurant here. The minister of information, Rummy Dandjinou, said the attack which began last night, is believed to have carried out a collection of militants. The man, known as Roman R, uploaded a picture of his protruding baby out of the speedy car window. In another picture, the man stood on the roof of a building while holding the foot of his baby hanging upside down.
